I must say, my stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right in the heart of Dublin with easy access to all the attractions. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown, especially on the upper floors where the sunlight made it challenging to relax, and the noise from the hallway above was bothersome.

However, my room in the lobby lacked a window, was extremely noisy, small, stuffy, and felt more like a dorm than a comfortable hotel room. The service under the expert leadership of Jennie Cotter was good overall, especially during breakfast with a wide selection of items, but there were some issues that need to be addressed in the rooms. The dining experience was amazing both mornings, with delicious dishes like rhubarb compote, oatmeal, and award-winning cranberry bread. The facilities were generally good, but there were a few noteworthy drawbacks.
